1Acceptance of Terms

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in your withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete. Providing fraudulent, altered, or misleading documents will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits and account transactions at 5jli are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit channels include Philippine bank transfer, online banking via InstaPay and PESONet, and supported local e-wallets where currently available. 5jli does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Once approved by the platform, funds are transferred via Philippine domestic payment networks (InstaPay, PESONet, or supported e-wallet channels) and arrive in your nominated account according to that network's clearing timelines.

Withdrawals may be held or declined if: KYC verification is incomplete, the nominated account name does not match your verified account name on 5jli, active bonus wagering conditions apply to the balance, or the platform's risk review team requires additional review of the request. 6Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives are made available at 5jli's discretion and are subject to their own specific terms at the time of issue. General principles that apply across all promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited for the purpose of gameplay and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet any applicable wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event as verified by 5jli's accepted data sources.

The following conduct is prohibited on the platform:
